Review: December's BirchBox

Hello beauties for today's post I am sharing with you all the contents inside this month's BirchBox. I have been subscribed to BirchBox since last January and have just decided to cancel my subscription to try something else so I can continue to do reviews for you. I have enjoyed these beauty boxes and for the price, you can't really go wrong! However, I feel I'm now starting to get a lot of the same products such as lipbalms and handcreams, so, any suggestions of new subscription services let me know in the comments.

This month BirchBox have teamed up with a British fashion designer, Matthew Williamson.  The theme of this months box is Life's little treasures, in every box this month us BirchBox subbies were treated to a full size lip product and a full size spectrum brush!

December's BirchBox:
C O N T EN T S Inside are...

Pixi Shea Butter Lipbalm | RRP £8 (Full Size)

This was my full size lip product, and excitingly it's from Pixi - a brand  I've recently tried out and really like what I've tried so far. The lipbalm is a hydrating balm, containing skin friendly ingredients such as shea butter and vitamin E - both which are amazing at moisturising and nourishing the lips!

Baija Paris Caramalised Honey Body Scrub | RRP £14.90

This product has intrigued me (I am yet to use it - so cannot give my own personal review yet!) it's a 97% natural exfoliator- this product is a blend of; sugar, honey and sunflower seed oil which you apply onto damp skin and rinse it away to reveal your soft skin. Eek, sounds good right?

ModelCo Contour Stick | RRP £13

This is my favourite product out of the box this month, it's a contour stick which is super creamy and easy to apply to the cheekbones and contouring points of your face - this gives the illusion of definition and helps to bronze up your skin tone. This product blends so well, so whether you are new to learning how to contour or an expert I'm sure you'll get on just fine with this.

Sand & Sky Brilliant Skin Purifying Clay Mask | RRP £39.90

Again, I have to admit I haven't tried this clay mask out yet as I have one in my own range which works so well for my skin but I definitely will be giving this a go to try it out! This advises to be an amazing seller and has a 4-in-1 formula which detoxes, invigorates, refines and brightens the complexion which works with the help of pink Australian clay ingredients. I'll keep you posted with my thoughts and leave a comment on the post once I've used it.

Spectrum Collections B04 Angled Blender Brush | RRP £4.99 (Full Size)
I have received a couple of spectrum brushes over the boxes, and every one I've had so far I've loved. I personally believe we can never have enough make-up brushes can we? This is a great size to fit the contour of your eyes and is synthetic too which helps make blending effortless!

Overall, I felt I had a good mix of products this month. I have enjoyed what I've tried so far and am excited to try the other bits and pieces! Let me know what your favourite subscription services are in the comments.
